Big Reds and Bubbles is a champagne, red wine and cuisine tasting featuring 75-100 different red wines, champagnes and sparkling wines. A premiere selection of Austin chefs showcase their finest holiday cuisine and a unique silent auction is featured for holiday shopping. Held in the historic Driskill Hotel in its full holiday splendor, this event is truly spectacular and a member favorite.
12th AnniversaryStephan Pyles Celebrity Chef Dinner & Live Wine Auction December 4, 2011 Stephan Pyles Restaurant, Dallas Price: $TBD
This culinary showcase is a Foundation showstopper. Named for the one of the ‘Founders of Southwestern Cuisine’ Dallas Chef Stephan Pyles, this seated dinner features five celebrity chefs from across the state. Together they create an elegant evening of extraordinary wining and dining with a short wine auction following dinner. This event funds the Stephan Pyles Culinary Scholarship, one of the largest culinary scholarships in the United States.
