Cowboys + Gauchos is quickly approaching! Join us this Sunday, February 24th for an afternoon of fun for the entire family. Be sure to arrive at the event ready to eat. A variety of local restaurants will be serving their spin on Texas and South American BBQ. Broken Arrow Ranch is providing a South Texas Nilgai Antelope, and IO Ranch is offering two lambs and a wild boar, which will be cooked in their entirety in our open fire pit. The pork bellies served at El Chile and the beef tongue cooked by El Alma will be provided by Texas Meat Purveyors. Windy Hill Farms has supplied the goat that will be served by Jack Allen’s Kitchen. There will be no shortage of Texas and South American style BBQ during this event! 
In addition to the great BBQ, an assortment of South American and Texas wines are available to pair with your meal. Spend the afternoon listening to live music by Roger Wallace and Flamencura, let the kids enjoy the variety of lawn games, and try your luck with the raffle. Purchase a $20 raffle ticket to support the Wine & Food Foundation of Texas and be entered to win one of three exciting packages.
One prize is a Texas Hill Country Wine Package. This package includes a two night stay for two at The Back Forty in Fredericksburg, a couples season pass and wine glass for the Texas Hill Country Wine Trail, a Discover Texas Wine Tour full day wine tour for 10, a private barrel tasting for 8 at the William Chris Winery, and assorted winery tasting tours from a variety of Texas vineyards.
