Cowboys + Gauchos

Grab your cowboy boots and join us at the Salt Lick Pavilion on Sunday, March 4th for Cowboys + Gauchos. Starting at high noon, ticket-holders will be welcomed with the sights, sounds and experiences familiar to both the North American Cowboy and the South American Gaucho – the sight of an open fire with the delicious smells of great BBQ.

Chow on the grilled fare of cowboys and gauchos before washing down your delicious rations with the fine wines from local Texas vineyards and South American wineries, plus a little local brew too! We’ll have live music and family fun activities sponsored by Yelp! that you won’t want to miss.

Attire: Jeans and cowboys boots y'all! This is an indoor and outdoor event, so please dress accordingly.

Location: Remember, we're at the Salt Lick PAVILION, not the world famous restaurant. You'll drive past the restaurant entrance, cross the creek and then turn on your left. Look for signs and balloons which will show you the way.

Raffle: We'll be raffling off three awesome items at Cowboys + Gauchos!

Children / Young Adults: We mean it when we say this event is family friendly! Children 12 & under are free, while those aged 13-20 are only $10. Those 21 and over will be wearing a special wristband to receive wine and beer samples.
