29th Annual Rare & Fine Wine Auction
The evening begins with a delicious wine-tasting reception where guests will be welcomed by legendary winemaker Merry Edwards pouring her most recent vintages of Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc. Four Seasons Austin chefs will be passing scrumptious appetizer bites while anxious bidders have a chance to preview on display over 100 live and silent auction lots.
Directly following, guests are seated for an elegant four-course dinner accompanied by an impressive wine selection. The highlight of the evening is the electrifying live auction where spirited bidders compete for rare and fine wines as well as other luxury goods and packages in support of The Wine and Food Foundation of Texas and Dell Children’s Medical Center.
For the second consecutive year, the Foundation has chosen Dell Children’s Medical Center of Central Texas as the charitable benefactor to receive a portion of auction proceeds. After last year’s auction, the Foundation awarded Dell Children’s $60,000 earmarked for nutritional programs and education.
