The Wine & Food Foundation of Texas once again presents TEAM CUISINE: ARGENTINA, an interactive cooking class as part of its annual community wine and food education series.

Kevin QuinnInstructed by Chef Kevin Quinn, Culinary Arts Department Chair of the Texas Culinary Academy, Team Cuisine offers an intensive hands-on cooking lesson in a supportive and fun group setting.
 
Instructor Chef Kevin Quinn, the Culinary Department Chair at the Texas Culinary Academy, leads this class which is one of the Foundation’s most popular among members. Chef Quinn is an accomplished chef who began his culinary career in the Spanish and Portuguese ethnic area of Newark, New Jersey.  He has a long and accomplished career as a chef and educator, having worked as an Executive Chef for the Gotham City Restaurant Group in New York, Chez Memere in New Jersey and the Barr Mansion in Austin.

Come spend the evening delving into the world of Argentinean food and wine with Chef Kevin Quinn.  Summer is the perfect time to learn how to make a menu that includes Argentinean Gazpacho and Grilled Flank Steak with a Chimichurri Sauce.   Learn first hand how to execute a full five-course meal Argentinean style!

Normally, these classes retail for $150. As a benefit of membership in The Wine & Food Foundation of Texas, Foundation members pay $75. General public price is $85.
